i enjoyed the good shower it had nice pressure. the room was also nice and warm which i appreciated given the weather.

the tv remotes did not work well they seemed old. there was no easy way to connect a laptop to the tv either via wifi or hdmi cable.

the location was great. restaurants and shops were very accessible. the kitchenware provided was more than adequate for our simple meal prep. the room was surprisingly spacious for the price. i had no problems connecting to the wi-fi. check-in was smooth with a main entry code provided via message.

i noticed some peeling on the bathroom furniture, it's understandable with wear and tear, but a bit more upkeep would be ideal

the apartment had a great location near the city center. the apartment was very comfy and tidy with helpful staff. i found clear instructions for entry into the colourful apartment! i was happy.

i experienced an uncomfortable bed and the pillows were the worse ever. i had a broken air-con that was never repaired . neighbours kept screaming during the night!

the location was acceptable with a supermarket next door.

I found the room quite cold, the radiators barely gave off heat. this meant i couldn't walk around without shoes due to the concrete floors. the duvet was also too small for the bed. It did not even cover the sides.
